Seven methods, and which one is yours
Glory fits seven kinds of hair extensions: clip-in, tape-in, micro ring, keratin bond, feather extensions, pinch braids and weaving.
Clip-ins are the temporary option: wefts of hair on small clips that you put in and take out yourself. Tape-ins are semi-permanent, thin wefts held to your own hair by a flat adhesive strip for a seamless look. Keratin bonds and micro rings are fitted strand by strand for long-lasting wear: a keratin bond is fixed to a small section of your hair by a keratin tip, and a micro ring by a tiny ring closed around the extension strand and a small section of your own hair.
Feather extensions, pinch braids and weaving complete the seven. Which method suits you, including for fine or thin hair, is decided at your consultation, once your stylist has seen your hair.
100% human, double drawn Remy hair
Glory fits only 100% human Remy hair, and it is double drawn. Remy is the key distinction in quality: the hair keeps its cuticle, with every strand lying in the same direction from root to tip. Double drawn means the shorter strands have been taken out, so the hair stays thick from the top all the way to the ends.
It looks and feels completely natural.
Living with hair extensions
Treat them like your own hair: colour them, curl them, style them, and have any service done on them that you would have on your natural hair.
Fitted extensions need a refit every 4 to 6 weeks. The hair itself lasts about one to two years, depending on how much you wear it and how you care for it.
When you are ready to take them out, fitted extensions are removed at the salon, and removal is damage free.
